POLICIES

 

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW:
As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee (100% of the service price). A 100% of service fee is charged for no-show. 
 

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.  
 Clients arriving later than 15min will not able to receive services but will be charged 100% of service fee.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time maybe reduced accordingly for the same price.  Clients arriving later than 15min will not able to receive services but will be charged 100% of service fee. 

 

PAYMENT:

I accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

 

REFUND:

Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services, pre-paid series, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. If you are unsatisfied with any service received, please contact me so that I can attempt to remedy the situation to the best of my ability.
