POLICIES

 

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW:
As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee (100% of the service price). A 100% of service fee is charged for no-show. 
 

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive to your appointment on time.  
 Clients arriving late may not able to receive services but will be charged 100% of service fee.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed.  Clients arriving late may not able to receive services but will be charged 100% of service fee. 

 

PAYMENT:

I accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

 

REFUND:

Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services, pre-paid series, packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. If you are unsatisfied with any service received, please contact me so that I can attempt to remedy the situation to the best of my ability.
